The glass jar are made in East Africa using recycled glass bottles. The lid of each glass jar is hand carved out of local Mninga wood. The result is a functional storage jar with a unique decor element. The glass jar may be used as storage in the kitchen or bathroom or group together as a display piece. The recycling initiative was started with the aim of reducing landfill, creating waste awareness and job creation. The collection of ethical, African inspired home decor pieces are sold around the world. Note, the glass jars are only available in green glass
