Local shipping
As a result of our minimum stock holding, we require 7 – 14 working days for all Shweshwe product orders.
Please allow for a 4 – 8 week lead time on artisan products that are not in stock. The long lead time is a result of the artisans not holding stock, the timeous nature of hand made products and the artisans rural location — We guarantee the wait will be worth your while.
Complete orders will be dispatched via courier (The Courier Guy is our preferred service provider) as soon as the order has been consolidated and quality checked.
Allow 4 working days for order receipt from the despatch date for all national door to door courier deliveries.
A flat courier rate of R120 applies on all nationwide deliveries.
International shipping
Please note international shipping from South Africa is costly and it is for the customers account. For this reason we offer our customers the following 3 options for the international shipment of your order. Please select your preference at checkout.

Customer Collection
Customers with their own courier account are able to arrange the collection of their order from our address in Johannesburg, South Africa. Please select local collection when processing your order. My Love For Africa will contact you when your order has been packed and is ready for collection. You will then be able to book and schedule the collection of your order from the address we provide in Johannesburg, South Africa.

My Love For Africa Express
Your order will be shipped via express courier (aramex, DHL or FedEx are contacted for a quotation on a per order basis). The express courier lead time is usually 3-7 working days for international door-to-door deliveries. The cost varies per parcel and the greater of the volumetric vs. actual parcel weight is used. We recommend you budget on R1000 per KG for this shipping option.

My Love For Africa Surface
Your order will be shipped via surface mail. my love for africa uses the South African Post Office for international surface mail shipping. This mode of transport has an average lead time of 3 months for international door-to-door deliveries. The cost varies per parcel and the greater of the volumetric vs. actual parcel weight is used. We recommend you budget on R400 per KG for this shipping option.

Should you select Customer Collection or My Love For Africa Express for the International Shipping of your order, a separate invoice will be generated for this expense.

My Love For Africa will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment which can be traced online.

Customs and import duties may be levied by the receiving country. These costs are for the account of the customer.

My Love For Africa will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. No exchanges on international orders will be accepted.
