Should you not be satisfied with the quality of the product/s you received, we will gladly exchange your order.

Please contact My Love For Africa within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Note the exchange policy is only applicable to national orders. Regrettably we do not accept returns on any international orders.

To request an exchange or repair, please email sales@myloveforafrica.com. Please state the order number, your quality concern and advise if and when you would like us to arrange collection. 

 

On receipt of the returned order My Love For Africa will inspect the quality issue and either repair or replace the product.

 

Should you wish to receive a credit in lieu of replacing the product a store credit will be issued to you from My Love For Africa.
