Sisal fine weave basket are hand woven in rural Kenya, each basket displays the skill and creativity of its weaver. The sisal plant grows wild in parts of Kenya. The journey of the basket begins by cutting the sisal leaves and removing the threads. The sisal threads are then dried before being dyed and wound into a twine. Use the sisal fine weave basket as a planter or for storage, vegetables, toys or waste paper basket.
